HOW DOES IT WORK ?
The Helping Birds tariff combines the advantages of Helping Hands and Early Bird:
You support us at Midsummerhop Münster and, in addition to registering earlier, you will receive a secure place and the reduced early bird price on the Fullpass Plus.
The various tasks are explained in detail in the text below with the corresponding time periods..
When you register for Helping Birds, you have the opportunity to book your place at various “tables”. These tables symbolize our Helping Birds categories. If there is no more space available at a table, this means that all quotas in this task category have been exhausted. Then simply look for another table and therefore another helping task!
Please read the descriptions below carefully. Because when you book, we will schedule you for the corresponding shift. So if you can't come to the Midsummerhop Münster at short notice and pass on your Helping Birds Pass, this will only be possible if the new Helping Bird takes over your task.

As every year, we are giving away a Full Pass Plus for the next Midsummerhop Münster among all Helping Birds.

FRIDAY EVENING
Early Party Bird - 5 Places available
You will take on 2 shifts in the setup and check-in area. That means you help us decorate and be the friendly face at the entrance.
Important! You may have missed the Taster.
When? 2 hours on Friday between 5 PM and 9 PM
Late Party Bird - 2 Places available
You will take on 2 shifts in the check-in and dismantling area. This shift is perfect for you if you're staying until the end of the party anyway.
Important! Make sure you get home from the location at night beforehand. You may miss 1 band set. Well, missing is not entirely true. You hear the band from check-in, but you're not on the dance floor..
When? 2 hours on Friday between 9 PM and 2 AM
SATURDAY DAYTIME
Early Rummel Bird - 5 Places available
You will support the fairground team in setting up and running the Roaring Fair. Your tasks may include carrying tables, looking after a display stand or refilling water dispensers.
Important! We are happy to see sociable, colorful birds, as befits a fair.
When? 2 to 3 hours on Saturday between 12 PM and 3 PM
Late Rummel Bird - 5 Places available
You support the fairground team in the running and dismantling of the Roaring Fair. Your tasks may include carrying tables, looking after a display stand or refilling water dispensers.
Important! We are happy to see sociable, colorful birds, as befits a fair.
When? 2 to 3 hours on Saturday between 3 PM and 6 PM
SATURDAY EVENING
Early Party Bird - 3 Places available
You will take on 2 shifts in the setup and check-in area. That means you'll help us with the final party preparations and be the friendly face at the entrance.
Important! You may have missed the Taster.
When? 2 hours on Saturday between 5 PM and 9 PM
Late Party Bird - 4 Places available
You will take on 2 shifts in the check-in area and dismantling. This means you are the friendly face at the entrance and help with dismantling after the party

When? 2 hours on Saturday between 9 PM and 3 AM
SUNDAY DAYTIME
Early Brunch Bird - 10 Places available
You will help set up and run the brunch. That means you make coffee, add cheese and fill the dishwasher. The brunch team always has a lot of fun in the kitchen and you can also hear music there.
Important! For ALL early brunch birds, Sunday starts at 10 AM
When? 3 hours on Sunday between 10 AM and 2 PM
Late Brunch Bird - 8 Places available
You will help with the brunch, the dismantling and the kitchen and hall clean-up. That means you make coffee, add cheese, fill the dishwasher and sweep the hall. The brunch team always has a lot of fun in the kitchen and you can also hear music there.
Important! For ALL Late Brunch Birds, Sunday does not end before 6 p.m..
When? 3 hours on Sunday between 2 PM and 6 PM
ONLY FOR LOCALS
Swinging Bird - 2 Places available
Swingend durch Münster: Ausgestattet mit Smartphone und Boom Box begleitest du eine unserer spannenden Stadt-KulTouren. Du identifizierst die schönsten Spots zum Tanzen und sorgst für das ein oder andere swingende Päuschen. Bezüglich der Route stimmst du dich mit der oder dem Kult(o)ur-Guide ab. Wir bringen euch vorher in Kontakt.
Wichtig! Du solltest dich in Münster auskennen.
Wann? Samstag 11 bis 13 Uhr
Kitchen Bird - 8 Places available
„Die Küche ist zum Tanzen da!" Wenn du ein echter Foodie bist, kannst du uns bei diesem Programmpunkt unterstützen. Gemeinsam mit anderen Teilnehmer:innen bereitest du in deiner swingenden Küche Köstlichkeiten für unseren fabelhaften Sonntagsbrunch zu. Logistisch wirst du vom Midsummerhop Münster-Team unterstützt, denn Rezepte und Zutaten (frisch vom Biogroßhändler) kannst du vorher als "Kochbox" bei uns abholen. Auch die Gäste liefern wir dir ins Haus, sodass ihr gemeinsam am Samstagvormittag bei bester Swingmusik in deiner Küche zaubern und am Sonntag beim großen Brunch mit dem Ergebnis glänzen könnt.
Wichtig! Deine Küche sollte in Münster und für die Teilnehmer:innen gut erreichbar sein.
Wann? Samstag 11 bis 14 Uhr plus etwas Vorbereitungszeit
Münsters Swing Exchange
Der Verein Be lindy! e.V. wurde 2018 gegründet, um die Organisation des ersten Swing Exchange in Münster auf sichere Füße zu stellen. Im Juni 2019 durften wir ein wundervolles Wochenende mit tanzbegeisterten Gästen aus nah und fern verbringen – die ultimative Midsummerhop Münster-Premiere!
